Do I need a lot of money to get started? +

You need capital — but not as much as you think. The system works if you're earning £75K+ a year. If you don't have that yet, I teach deal sourcing first so you can generate income, then reinvest profits into your own portfolio. One mentee went from zero to 15 sourced properties in a year using this approach.

What if I have no experience? +

Most of my mentees had zero experience before starting. You'll get 1-to-1 guidance on every step — from finding deals to structuring finance to completion. This isn't a course you watch alone. I'm walking you through it.

Is this just another property course? +

No. Courses give you information. This gives you implementation. You'll have me reviewing your actual deals, not teaching theory from a slide deck. Plus direct WhatsApp access, power team introductions, and one-to-one support. It's the full end-to-end service.

What if I can't afford the mentorship fee? +
